They were nice
Everyone here is very caring and offer the best advice for your pets treatment. Boarding was easy and pet were well cared for.
My Nugget was really sick so went in. Place is clean. Workers are very polite. Steep(!) Prices but the staffs wonderful! Appreciate how they tried to help me find funding.
Now that the old, sweet dr is gone, her nieces have taken over and it's gone down hill!!! VERY rude and unprofessional!! They no longer do the "fear free" techniques where they take temps in the ear either. Absolutely DISGUSTED with Sarah's rough handling of my dog and attitude. It's like she'd rather be doing anything else and doesn't care. She also had an attitude of superiority and was ugly when I asked questions.
