Very rude office staff and very inappropriate and very disrespectful. They will lie to you and not care and don’t even know their own protocol and don’t truly care about the patients only there self. Please do not take your children here the office staff will be highly unprofessional. The dr that my daughter seen was great but office staff will make it to the point to make you change offices how rude and unprofessional they truly are.
I truly don’t know if I like this office I did for one of my children my other child moved from out of state here and the front desk person lied to me when booking an appointment for a shot then another nurse called back saying that she didn’t lie just didn’t know protocol that is still a lie! I don’t appreciate being lied to and then being told it’s not a full lie because they didn’t know their own policy because they was “new” and trying to charge me for another well child visit after having one 2 months ago!
