How do you describe responsive, bright internist like Dr. Sarah Daniels and caring nurse Valencia except with giant gratitude?
To be clear, Dr. Daniels and the nurse staff are fantastic. Very thorough, empathetic and kind. The office staff however... TERRIBLE. Every time I have called they have either been rude or laughing/playing with each other and paying only 1/2 attention to what you're saying. This can be particularly frustrating when trying to give them important information like fax numbers to send medical information, or proper spelling of names.
