NP Phillips is not it. She seems mild mannered and kind but not trustworthy. Put some things in my medical chart that I would have liked not to be there AND she did it immediately! NEGATIVE ZERO STARS. One thing you do can harm someone for a lifetime. Make ethics a priority please and try to think about if you were on the receiving end.
Phillips actually listened to my concerns and seemed to WANT to help me get better! So easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! I am so excited to have a healthcare provider who cares!
