She did not listen to what I told her. She even wrote in her notes that I manage nausea with zofran when I told her I can’t tolerate it and will never take it again. She told me outdated information on triptans, which are a class of migraine medication. She prescribed a muscle relaxer that has a black box warning not to take with another medication that I take daily; for a stiff neck that I didn’t complain of. I have another appointment scheduled and hopefully can upgrade my rating then
