My 95 yo mother went to see dr Michelson… She waited two hours to see her. This professional never introduced herself nor apologize for the wait. Instead the doctor said she had things to do before work. My mother was very disappointed and said she would never be back. The doctor replied that’s ok. If you want poor unprofessional service then this is your doctor. However I suggest finding a different practice because this attitude is reflected from the top down.
