Dr. McAchran is a really great doctor! I believe she is honestly interested in the status of the health of her patients and the ways she can identify issues and means to help the patient improve their current situation. Her communication skills to patients are excellent.

Dr McAchran was amazing. She explained everything, she is warm and personable. She answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her.
Sarah was very thorough, trying everything to help find the source of pain and discomfort. This was the third person we had seen about treating this issue, but the first to not just put a bandaid on the situation. UW Urology Department has treated my mom and husband as well. We have always appreciated the timely care we have received as well, as other offices have offered us care six months out, which is absurd when suffering from bladder pain. Thank you Sarah!
