This Morning, I called to notify the office of a car accident that would delay my 9:10am appointment arrival by 15 minutes. I was told, by Baystate Customer Service at 8:57am, that was not an issue as I would still be seen as my arrival time of 9:25am would fall within the allotted grace period.
