Good doctor but terrible organization. I've been chasing up the doctor for medication she prescribed almost 3 weeks ago. Insurance denied it since no one there bothered to get it pre-authorized. I've been calling and calling almost every day and no one there know what the medication is, or when I can get a re=prescription. I've been asking to speak with the doctor for 10 days now and I keep getting the run-around. Staff keep saying they will follow up either with me or with the doctor but nothing is ever done.
