We were very disappointed with the harassment about getting milesmyway set up. I told AFI many times why I couldn't respond with the mileage on our Trailblazer since my phone did not respond to your program & they kept asking. I finally went into the office & the wonderful lady at the front desk got my info to work. She was amazing. Why someone couldn't help me before is a mystery to me. My daughter was in an accident and the staff at Sarah Mack’s office went out of their way to assist me through the claim process. They were kind, very helpful and made me feel comfortable when I asked them for help. I would recommend them if you’re looking for an insurance agency.
