We were very disappointed with the harassment about getting milesmyway set up. I told AFI many times why I couldn't respond with the mileage on our Trailblazer since my phone did not respond to your program & they kept asking. I finally went into the office & the wonderful lady at the front desk got my info to work. She was amazing. Why someone couldn't help me before is a mystery to me.
