Had her for most of my childhood up to 17. She had me on a high dosage of a controlled antidepressant at 14. Even when we told her it wasn’t working. She wouldn’t listen and take me off it when I was still extremely anxious and having migraines daily. Had joint pain and constant pre-syncope but it was “just the anxiety”. Presumptuous and a made me feel so stressed and lacking as a first time mom. Did not take me at my word and dismissed any of my actual concerns about my baby, but wanted to send my baby for invasive testing based on only one thing that wasn’t even an issue anymore. I’ve switched to a pediatrician to get a second opinion and my baby is fine (just like I and any one else who has seen and been informed about what was going on with my baby thought). Dr. Thelen is absolutely wonderful! My family has been seeing her for about 4 years. She is so kind and she takes the time to really listen and address any issues that we have. Her staff is also amazing! They all work so hard to give my family the best care. I would give her 100 stars if I could! ⭐️
My family loves Dr. Thelen. The kindness and compassion she gives to all her patients is like no other. She is knowledgeable, thorough and always takes the time to address any symptoms or concerns that we have. We are so thankful for all she does for our family.
