This business is very disappointing and dishonest. They specifically told me a date I would receive the product. Made me give them a deposit for half a year just to tell me they don’t have it. I suggest going to Nour Jewlers.

This has been one of the most dishonest business experiences I’ve ever had. I sent a deposit in good faith back in February and was told I’d receive my gold soon after. Every month, I was given a new excuse and told “next month.” That went on for 7 months. Because I trusted her, I didn’t buy gold elsewhere and now I have to buy at a much higher price. Not only was the product not delivered on time, but it was also incomplete when it finally arrived.
