I made an appointment they answered me every time I was on hold within 5 seconds they got back to me excellent service excellent customer service I have an appointment real soon and I'm not worried because they were very nice so I don't believe the negative comments here because personally it's been amazing so far so if you're in need of an OB don't get freaked out about the negative comments try it out for yourself before anything
Dr. Laurenzano is a great endo!
No one can answer the phones and if you stay on hold for your turn you get hung up on after ten minutes. Hold times are a lie so good luck if you need to reach the clinic for any reason.
