Sarah is an incredibly talented yoga instructor, as well as Thai massage and Reiki specialist. I practice yoga with Sarah weekly. She also gives me a Thai massage monthly. I am impressed with her ability to create a peaceful and uplifting environment. Her practice is right on point and her knowledge thorough in all the areas she ventures into. I hope to continue practicing with Sarah far into the future.
Sarah is simply incredible. Her yoga classes are similar to a reboot for the body. I leave her classes feeling calm, recharged, centered and like I just received the best, softest, most welcome hug I wasnt aware I was in need of. She is truly a master at Reiki. She helped me move through incredible grief and pain with kindness, care and love. Sarah is truly a gift to all who know her. Highly recommend!
