I have been with Sarah in restorative yoga classes for 5+ years. She has taught me so much about how to help my body to relax and to help to create restorative movement and mobility. My back and joint issues have become much less bothersome and much more flexible with proper stretches. I feel so much better. Sarah is a wonderful instructor! She’s easy to follow when it comes to cues on what the next move is. Her workouts are challenging, but she will give you modifications if you need it. Also her music is the best!!

My wellness sessions and any Yoga time with Sarah are one of my times of the week!! She is very knowledgeable but is an AMAZING listener as well!! Always accommadating, super kind and sweet!!
