After multiple counselors throughout the years, Sarah is someone who is down to earth and can relate to me on a personal level and give sound advice and suggestions. She is real...doesn't sound like giving textbook answers but real solutions based on my individual needs. So glad I met her.
She was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so thankful for that! I’ve heard that some people struggle with finding a therapist that meets their needs and sometimes go through many before finding one. I’m fortunate to see her, because we click so well. I look forward to all of our sessions and the helpful advice she provides each time. I’ve seen a significant, positive impact in my life and it hasn’t even been a year!
She seemed kind of unstable so I stopped going after one session. She then violated my HIPPAA rights by telling mutual acquaintances information about our sessions. My gut instinct about that nut job was clearly right.
There aren't words to put into how great, how helpful, or how much of a blessing Sarah has been to my life. After years of talk therapy and feeling stuck, I sought her out to try "EMDR" and the whole process changed my entire life. I HIGHLY recommend her and recommend considering going beyond talk therapy and trying EMDR with her. Her energetic personality, passion for helping people, and experience helped me to get to a place in life mentally that I didn't think was obtainable.
