Incompetent office personnel. Most neglectful people I have ever dealt with. EVER! Don't waste your time being frustrated with this office. You Will Be Sorry. Why Dr. Knievel is allowed to be apart of KMC-Kingman Regional Medical center is beyond my understanding. Wasted months. Now I need to go elsewhere. Do not trust these people.
Just completed my first visit with Dr. Knievel. She was pleasant, thorough and spent quality time with me.
I have been a patient of Dr. Knievel's for over 5 years and for the most part, she is a Great physician. This opinion is reflective of her care and is not reflective of the support staff.
I too have had problems with the front staff being short. Also I was scheduled for a procedure given a card with date and time and never added to the schedule. Ended up waiting 3 months for my procedure.
Receptionist is very snotty & rude. Dr. tries to blame other things for your pain even though you have MRI's etc. that shows different. She does not listen to what you have to say when you know your own body and what it's telling you, she comes up with her own conclusions. They treat you like a drug addict. Don't go to the ER without telling her or they drop you like the other person said on here, I was warned. I could not wait to find a new doctor. Unbelievable! Don't go here, find another Dr
My ex-husband is a patient of Dr. Knievel's and has been for quite some time. We both love her and her staff. Dr. Knievel is compassionate, caring, thorough, a great listener, and professional. My ex is a double amputee, has many health issues, as well as addiction issues. Dr. Knievel never judges him or holds his past over his head. I am his caregiver and she works closely with me and listens to my concerns as well. I get much needed support and encouragement from her and Mandy.
Has done more for my back pain than anyone else very easy to talk to
