I saw Dr. Sarah King about 4-5 years ago for routine care. It was discovered I had an abnormal pap result but also mentioning painful periods. Well fast forward to now I learned when having a colposcopy (cervical biopsy to test abnormal cells) you shouldn’t insert anything after the procedure well after the procedure they inserted a tampon which I could have done without & now I’m hoping that didn’t do more harm than good.
