Being new to the Quincy-Boston area, I was nervous to find a new dentist after going to the same one for 25 years. It was super easy to schedule an appointment and use my dental insurance with Pat at the front desk. The office was very clean, organized, and cozy. I can highly recommend Dr. Kim and her team. From my first call scheduling my appointment to leaving her practice after my first visit, it was a really great experience. Finding a time that worked despite my busy work schedule was very easy. Getting to the office took only 5 minutes after I hard arrived at the North Quincy T stop. I did not have to wait long before I was seated in a room with lots of natural light - I cannot remember any other dentist's practice offering that. Absolutely delightful experience! (I never thought that I'd describe a visit to the dentist in this way, but it is completely accurate.) From my initial contact via phone with the office, Pat, the receptionist, was helpful, friendly and professional to the day of my initial visit, all was better than expected. Florie, the dental assistant, welcomed me and guided me to the chair and made sure that I was comfortable; she explained everything she did - x-rays, etc. - to prepare for the Doctor to see me. Great dentist with very professional service. Would recommend highly for those in the neighborhood.
Dr. Kim and her staff were very professional. Went in for cleaning and whitening , i was expecting a lot of pain but on the contrary things went so smooth i didn't even realize they were done. A great place to go for dental care.
