All of the staff I encountered were very frank, knowledgeable, and gentle. They inspired confidence.
I waited one hour in an inside room after I spoke to the nurse. A gentleman came in with a small bottle of water and excused the delay. When I finally saw Dr. Kennedy and complained of my waiting she didn't give me a clear explanation for me having to wait an hour after my set appointment. I was upset when I left the office. Thank God my knee is getting better with physical therapy at this time.
Dr. Kennedy is a good listener. She explains everything very well. She is very pleasant and caring
