Dr. OCarroll is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have been under her care for about 13 years. She always goes the extra mile to help me. Her staff is great also!
After 5 weeks in a boot and needing surgery, she won’t approve my surgery until I see a heart specialist because something came up on my ekg. Aside from asking me to wear the boot another 5 weeks. The heart specialist told me that she must be using faulty equipment . So I called her and never received a call back. Would you go to a doctor that has faulty equipment? What if your life depended on an accurate diagnosis.
Dr. Morse was nice during my visit, but he had to attend a birth, which left me feeling a bit disconnected. After taking a urine test, I called to inquire about the results, but his assistants were unable to provide any information about why the test was conducted or what the results were. I noticed a bill for the test, yet I never received the results.Following that, I was advised to get a sonogram, which I completed, but the results indicated that I needed a second one. Dr. Landero always greets us with a smile and asks how we are doing. She genuinely cares about our well-being and overall health. Dr. Landero will refer us to specialists if needed and follow-up with us after that visit to make sure all went well, and we felt comfortable with that specialist. She is a great listener and that is very important as it helps with a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. We are extremely satisfied with Dr. Landero as our PCP and recommend her to others for great quality care.
Dr Landero is amazing she deserves a five-star review she listens and she cares about her patients and I don't know where I would be if I didn't have her on my team.
She was extremely pleasant and efficient. Listened to my issues and addressed them.
She has been the most wonderful m.d. and person my wife and I have ever had. Both her and her staff have gone above and beyond many times to help us with our healthcare needs. We are Blessed to have her as our doctor and and words are not enough to express out thanks.
