Sarah has been a steady part of my wellness routine since 2017. She’s helped improve my skin and anxiety. I also turn to her for more acute needs—headaches, allergies, or when my body just feels off. She is deeply caring, calming, and an exceptional listener. The treatments themselves are completely painless and often leave me in a dream-like, deeply relaxed state. I always leave feeling more balanced than when I arrived. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and would recommend her without hesitation.
Sarah squeezed us in last minute to try and help kickstart labor. The experience was very relaxing and reassuring. She also provided great handouts for at-home acupressure to induce labor and pain management. Overall great experience and would 10/10 recommend to mamas during pregnancy or trying to induce!
Sarah has been so helpful with any ache or pain I’ve experienced! She is such a calming presence and having a session with her is always so relaxing. She has also helped my friends who have breach babies! Cannot recommend her enough.
Sarah helped me through a difficult time helping me recover from a pregnancy loss and get pregnant again! She is very helpful, kind, and accessible!
Sarah is great! Her office is such a calming environment and she really helped during my prenatal journey. In addition to the acupuncture she was also able to do cupping for my back pain, which was great. I would highly recommend to anyone but especially anyone who is expecting. I look forward to continuing to see her for my postpartum needs.
