Wow, wish I had the ability to give her 0 stars. Ms. Jernigan was the seller real estate agent for a property we submitted an offer for. Saw it Monday and put an offer in Monday night. We were in the process of agreeing to the terms of the contract on Tuesday. According to some cryptic text messages, her "power went out" and she only had "3% battery life" on her phone.
