I've been seeing Dr Sarah James for over 7 years never once have I encountered any rudeness from anyone in this office. They always get me in very promptly due to I'm diabetic. I would highly recommend Dr Sarah James to my family and friends.

Dr. Sara James has been awesome treating my foot and ankle pain. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly.
I was referred to this office by my main doctor and I’ve had this appointment for over a week. I broke my foot and was supposed to see Dr Sarah James this morning (6/24/25) at 8:30, but the receptionist at the front desk must of woke up pissed at the world.
