I called State Farm to get an insurance quote this morning. The lady that answered the phone was very short with me and seemed bothered to answer my questions. She told me that she would have Sarah call me since Sarah was our agent many years ago. She initially asked my who did our homeowners insurance, which I told her and explained that if I could get a better deal I would switch that as well.
