The Dr is great. However MetroDental in St. Louis Park is horrible. They don't process your insurance upfront and when they do and you have a credit they hang on to it and do not refund you unless you ask. We had a $266 credit for 5 months and they refused to pay that back and wanted to use it to pay future claims. Find another dentist office to go to. The front desk is rude and hard to work with.
I found Dr Gallagher to be a bit arrogant and did not have a great interaction with her
Very professional and great experience. Love the staff and will be back!
