Do NOT go to this store, I had a terrible encounter today with the older lady who works there. Today, at 3:30-4:00pm, I went into the store with someone to look at some rings, and immediately she eyed us suspiciously and asked "... What are you doing here..." We said we just wanted to look at the colour difference between 10k, 14k and 18k gold rings. She coldly said that it doesn't matter because they all look the same. Very bad experience, the man at the counter was very rude, I took my watch for resizing, and I politely asked how much time it would take because I had a flight to catch, he instantly gave my watch to me and said "Go catch your flight, I can't do it", he was acting like he was doing it for free. Old guy has some attitude problem.
Lady at counter looked at my watch and said she wasn’t sure if the batteries could be changed. Said the guy who does it was busy, I came back later she says she “described” the watch and he said no. Never even looked at my watch but said No. Catch is: years ago I took the exact same watch in and the guy gave me a quote to change the batteries.
