Had an appointment with Dr. Hussain.. waited 30+ min to be told she can’t make it to the appointment because she is running an hour n more behind. Was suggested another dr but he too was a no show. Worst experience…
Doctor Hussein herself was wonderful. She tried her best to figure out what the situation was. The huge problem is that you are not able to speak to a live person in their office. They are instituting ai and every time you ask to speak to a live person, AI tells you that is not possible and there is no one to speak to. I've been really happy with the care I've received from Dr. Hussein! She is very knowledgeable, listen well to my concerns, and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. I feel like I'm in good hands and that she really cares. Highly recommend Dr. Hussein!
Dr. Hussein was very warm and kind in my time of distress. She addressed all my concerns and provided me with the compassion I needed in that moment.
