Sarah is present and it’s easy to see she really cares about her patients. She asks pertinent questions and carefully listens to understand what might be happening. I felt very assured and appreciated her generosity in both time and tests she ordered to help uncover truths about my overall health. I feel very fortunate to have this family practice so near my home.

Sarah Fletcher, when faced with real and demanding challenges, lets her ego dictate her treatment of her patient. She is capable of letting personal issues get in the way of her patient care, and thus has put patients of hers at greater risk. She is capable of being petty, of compromising her patients' access to higher quality medical care, and of being a vicious opponent of patients who reveal her inadequacies as a provider. Fletcher is not fit to be a medical professional.
