Received flu shot and update on lab results
Sarah was right on with my treatment. She even provided me with an updated diagnosis with a phone call on a Saturday. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I highly recommend this office of doctors!
I have been seeing Sarah for several years and she has always been extremely thorough and helpful. She isn't "only a nurse", which wouldn't be a bad thing, she is a nurse practitioner and is wonderful at what she does. She cares about her patients and goes above and beyond for them. I could not recommend her enough!

Sarah Estess was and is amazing; having never used her as a practitioner, she truly listened to my concerns and did not just jump to conclusions, like some doctors. Highly recommendable! Staff was very friendly and courteous. 10/10.
This woman says she is a doctor but she is only a nurse. This woman has a god complex and refused to see my mom because my mom had questions about her diagnosis. This woman is very unprofessional and doesn't deserve to be apart of the Willis-Knighton family.
