If I could give zero stars I would!! Horrible bedside manner! My mom’s procedure was postponed so she asked for a Diet Pepsi and she told her she wasn’t dietary and she had people with her (for us to go get it). We also asked for a room spray and her reply was I’m not housekeeping either. We then heard her mocking us down the hall to other staff. She did not apologize for her behavior and was VERY unprofessional!
Very judgemental. Prescribed meds contraindicated by a chronic illness. Has the worst bedside manner.
