Excellent care! Very thorough with great bedside manner.
My appointment with Dr. Sarah Nichols Dunn was disappointing. She was unfriendly, rude and dismissive, completely ignoring my main concern and RUSHED through the appointment. I left feeling unheard and frustrated like my questions were a waste of her time. I felt like my time was not respected. While I understand that Dermatology offices can be busy after waiting 5 months, the lack of poor service and spending literally 3 minutes with patients made for a frustrating experience. This is my second review, and she is deserving of it. Dr Dunn is excellent! She is pleasant, knowledgeable,, thorough and explains clearly the situation and treatment. Always feel in good care.
Dr Dunn was very professional an thorough. I would highly recommend her.
I'm very happy with Dr. Dunn. She is personable, professional and efficient. I feel confident in her skills and appreciate her display of concern for me and my skin's well being. Getting to her office is a nightmare. They need to figure out the 51, Park Road mess especially when exiting 485 west bound. I feel like I'm taking my life in my hands each time I pay her office a visit. Of that has nothing to do with her, she is great. I can easily recommend her.
