Wonderful quality of care, thorough with great communication and follow-up! Definitely recommend.
Sarah Edwards was able to explain process thoroughly. When speaking to Dr. Edwards I felt like I was talking to a robot. There was no emotion or empathy for how I was feeling regaridng financial concerns with upcoming visits. She did not discuss different routes to ensure patients can afford visits. When I discussed concerns for billing I felt like she was shaming me for trying to ensure my insurance covered the visits.
