I see Dr Prince twice a year for check ups. She is kind, thorough, professional and I highly recommend her because she cares!
My friends experience with Dr. Prince was horrible. He is in a wheelchair and sometimes not able to make it to the appointments. The last appt he went to he was terminated since she had not seen him since last September. Nobody in that office understands. They even expected him to go to a wound specialist for his wounds but he is homebound and can't make it to anything without someone driving him. She is very unprofessional and not understanding.
My mother has been chronically ill since I was 10 years old. I grew up watching her struggle with a multitude of diagnoses over the years and increasing pain and inability to be who she wanted to be due to it. She has been to several doctors who ignore (a now 64 year old woman) and dismiss her claims and leave her to suffer with no help. Dr. Prince was one of those people. My mother cried in her last appointment with her because she basically said her pain wasn't real, refused her pain medication, and had zero compassion or ... read more
My parents were both patients of hers. I felt that she was dismissive of their concerns. My father requested pain management and she denied his request for fear of him developing a dependency. My father died about a month later from internal bleeding, in excruciating pain as his organs were dying. I encouraged my mother to find another physician after that. Thankfully she did. I would not recommend Dr. Prince for anyone that is not fully able to advocate for themselves.
Dr. Prince was very professional and engaging and listened carefully to my concerns. She prescribed the correct solution for my problem and suggested I changed my diet to correct the problem.
I love Dr. Prince. She may not have a great "bedside manner" but I would much rather have a competent doctor that does not sugar coat the facts. Her tenacity was able to resolve what I thought was bronchitis and turned out to be cough variant asthma... I absolutely love that she is very "pot this is kettle".
Very knowledgeable and friendly doctor.
I visited with Dr. Prince for the first time yesterday, and was very encouraged by her attitude and professionalism. We'll see what the future holds under her healthcare, but so far so good.
Horrible bedside manners. Can't socialize her way out of a wet paper bag. Her staff is no different. I have no idea what they taught in Tennessee or VCU, but she is not it. She wants to treat my wife like she's some peasant, having no idea who we are. Either way, it shouldn't matter and she shouldn't be acting like she's above anyone. But, hey, these doctors fit in perfectly at Pratt Healthcare.
