Sarah was very thorough, trying everything to help find the source of pain and discomfort. This was the third person we had seen about treating this issue, but the first to not just put a bandaid on the situation. UW Urology Department has treated my mom and husband as well. We have always appreciated the timely care we have received as well, as other offices have offered us care six months out, which is absurd when suffering from bladder pain. Thank you Sarah!
my doctor was in such a rush she cut me off over and over. did not listen. impatient and in a hurry. other staff were great. not the doctor though
Dr.McAchran is always so kind and attentive to your needs. It is a pleasure to have her on my team. She explains things in a way that makes them easy to understand.
Dr. McAchran has been outstanding explaining everything, easing my fears, concerns about having surg. She took her time, was very thorough and I highly recommend her to anyone needing any urology treatment. Def the best of the best.
