I had my first appointment with Sarah's associate, Kim, this week, as am just so pleased. Kim went above and beyond in terms of reviewing my different policies, helping me to understand what I do and don't need, and thoroughly answering my many questions! I feel much better about my overall package now, not frustrated that I may be carrying insurance I don't need, which is how I felt before. I'm so pleased to be working with Sarah and her team!
Sarah is the best. An early morning phone call to her after I tapped into the car ahead of me on my way to work downtown allowed me to see her in action again. She calmed me down and gave me the steps that I needed to take. I appreciate that she is able to guide me when stressed. Thank you for covering me and my family.
