The service doesn’t match the premium price. I came here to have my wedding dress tailored. My first visit went well—the staff seemed helpful and professional, and they assured me that I could try the dress on again at pickup and request further adjustments if needed. However, when I returned to pick up the dress and mentioned that the waist was still too loose, the experience changed dramatically. I can’t thank Sarah’s Dressmaker in Chatswood enough! After Luv Bridal in Crows Nest ordered the wrong cut of my wedding dress, by cut i mean a big slit to my hips. I was devastated however calm in knowing there was a solution to it. I was ok to work with a slit but not so high. THEN I was put in touch with Somi and her incredible team — absolute angels! Recommended by Perfect Day Bridal for my daughter’s wedding dress for some simple alterations. The results were extremely disappointing leading to an extremely stressful situation for my daughter. First fitting the fabric was bunched around the bust, the lining was showing up in bust area, it was taken in too much at the hips pulling it in ways that distorted the original shape. 2nd and final fitting improvements were made but still it was different than the original shape in places .
