She explained everything so well and was very professional.
Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely one of my worst experiences in a medical setting ever. Nurse made extremely inappropriate comments on my weight, both Dr and nurse ignored my pain and told my partner/caretaker that the pain that was causing me to cry was because of my back(it wasn't. They were hurting me.) Dr asked how I was doing and spoke over me and invalidated not only my answer(my answer was "bad. I just want to go home.") but me as well.
