Don't go to SBL Orthopedics unless you want to spend a lot of money even though they don't do anything to you. I went to Dr. Malik (I didn't request him only to have my foot looked at) because I broke the shaft of my pinky toe. They took 2 xrays and he talked to me for a couple minutes and told me to come back in 6 weeks. He didn't do anything other than that. The bill is $2872 and they refuse to lower it.
