The process leading up to the wedding was very pleasant and Sarah did a great job to help us figure out the ceremony and our vows. She was super friendly and accommodating. It's clear that she is a professional at this. The reason I'm leaving two stars is that on our wedding day she was rude and demanding to our groomsmen and the venue staff because the lighting at the podium was not bright enough for her.
