just wanted to let novant know they hit the jackpot when they hired Dr. Blocker, Sara and Paul, along with Dr. jones and Will. But i honestly think they opened the Ortho Department too soon, as they front admission process can be horrible for new patients and self pay patients..............................
Just love, love, love Dr. Blau. I am so sad that she is moving and leaving the practice. She is irreplaceable.
Sarah was a consummate professional. My appointment was on time, personnel were all helpful and kind. Sarah evaluated my injury, confirmed the diagnosis and was thorough with discharge instructions. I had my follow up appointment 'in hand' before I left. With busy, insensitive practices everywhere Sarah Blau and her team were a breath of fresh air.
