Very nice bedside manners. She listened and ask great questions. She was honest and she nice.
Dr. Stringfield is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I felt she listened to all my concerns with care and provided all possible solutions. She performed surgery on me and the results were exceptional.
If your looking for someone to take your money fast and not give a hoot she your guy! I got sick on vacation and had a appointment to follow up to see if abscesses were gone asked her if she was going to run CT scan to check she said NO... I saw her on Thursday was admitted to the hospital on Friday! Abscesses were not gone she did not care about my issues that voiced to her! Horrible, down right horrible!
Dr. Stringfield successfully did one surgery and I’m seeing her for a second surgery soon. I know I’m in good hands. She’s caring and answers all my concerns and questions without making me feel rushed.
I literally was hung up on by a rude staff member because she did not understand why I was calling. I repeated myself twice and finally asked to be transferred to someone else. I was then hung up on. Unexceptional behavior. THE MAIN REASON FOR MY CALL WAS TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR MY MOTHERS COPAY OFFICE VISIT. 10:56 a.m. June 2, 2023
