She is kind, discusses things thoroughly, compassionate, and empathetic; I can truly say that she cares for the well-being of her patients and is willing to work with them to find the best possible solutions. And if you have any medical concerns, whether it's a follow-up or prescription question, you can message her on MyChart and get a reply within almost the same day. I first met Dr. Benchaya when she was a resident, and still to this day, I'm glad to have her as my neurologist.
