I called scheduled an appointment and sent a text confirmation. Day of the appointment we arrive and no one is there and Sarah would not answer my calls. My appointment was at 10a Sarah returned my call and text message after 3p. Very unprofessional and I will never attempt to go there again. So glad I didn’t give a deposit.

I would not recommend, called to book an appointment for my 7 year old. She asked if she wanted “extensions” which I guess is what she calling adding braiding hair, but doesn’t most braided styles have braiding hair? She then proceeds to ask if my daughter will cry, I told her no she has been getting her hair done since she was 2… I told her no she acted very hesistent to accept the appointment. Then quoted an upcharged price. All she had to do was say she didn’t want to do a child’s hair.

IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. my girl done tried to get her hair done multiple times from sara and she just ups and ghosts her, won’t respond nothing, her braids shitty anyways and come out a week or 2 later 😒

Do NOTTTT book online or come to this place to get your hair done. These people will take your deposit and never show up to complete the service. It’s been a full week since I booked an appointment that the braided never showed up for and I’m still asking to get my deposit back. She keeps acting like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about when I tell her that I want ny money back.
