I am new to Dr Killorys service and couldn't be more pleased. He works very closely with his P.A.'s, Sarah and Chan. Which in my experience isnt always the case in m.d. offices. They're all on the same page. Sarah and Chan are very experienced and knowleged medical professionals. Very kind and patient. I had ALOT of questions and all took their time to answer each question, in depth, if needed. Dr Killory, Sarah and Chan checked off all the boxes that made me feel I had the best team to fix my problem.
Waiting Area was clean, bright and comfortable. Exam Room lean and well organized. My provider listened to and addressed my concerns.
Always a pleasure, seeing Sarah. She takes her time and explained in detail. Customer service is superb. Sarah is always smiling and she understands her patient's need. If I could rate her 💯 I would. Thank you PA Sarah and the entire team.
Sarah is amazing! I had a second opinion with her at Hartford after having an initial visit with Yale who completely missed the dural AVM I had on one of the images. Sarah reviewed all the images I had performed and also reviewed them with the surgeon she works with prior to our visit. She explained everything in great detail for me and helped me feel confident about the next steps.Very thankful for such an amazing team - transferred all my care to HH after this visit because I felt totally cared for. Sarah is so personable, friendly, and approachable. She takes the time to listen to concerns and ensures that you feel heard and had the opportunity to ask questions. I leave every appointment with her feeling happy that I saw her and feeling like I saw a provider that cares for me.
