Terrible experience. Definitely seemed rushed and had no options or additional next steps to address persistent UTIs. The office is new yet the bathrooms in the entire build were disgusting. Urine all over the floor. They are turning patients so fast, they can’t keep up. I saw this doctor for kidney stones and I am so upset because she destroyed me ! I’ve had multiple procedures with no success but she installed a catheter and it was so unbelievable painful they said to keep it and to use pain meds ! After all that I start getting non stop infection and found out my uretra is damaged ! After suffering for years and nearly died with sepsis and no antibiotics worked to heal now I have to go thru complicated surgeries and procedures to try to fix what they damaged with their incompetence! A year ago in Missoula: She raised her voice at me, showed hostility and impatience when I questioned slightly abnormal biopsy results and insisted that if my husband had cancer she would have found it. Mocked me when I demanded genetic testing of biopsy results, which showed an aggressive cancer marker. Arrogantly insisted my husband was cancer free. Well she missed 2 cancer spots confirmed on MRI. Her arrogance and lack of humility makes her a dangerous diagnostician.
I just called to find out some information so I can decide if this is the right place and I couldn't get any answers because the receptionist kept interrupting me and hanging up on me. I think they would better their office if they taught her phone etticute
