I was 14 when I went here in June of 2024. I was in Revere House at first then I went to Wright House. Some of the staff were nice. When I was in Revere House, I loved Miss Tia. When I went to Wright House, I loved Miss Brandy. When I got put in the restraint, there was a staff that had me in a restraint and was putting my face down on the rug and when the nurse came to check, they said to sit me up and the staff refused and said "I will When shes calm" and I was literally only screaming bc I was getting rug burn on my face ... read more
Like most places in Erie, it's run by people who've grown up knowing each other, and so abuse of the clients in the units is covered up by their buddies in the administration building. The staff are also bullied, but toxic coworkers are never disciplined because, again, they have buddies in administration. I worked here for 4 years and saw so much corruption, that I don't know how this place isn't shut down.
