Very friendly and easy to get an appointment. I'd recommend.
This is a small practice in a small town. She remembers her patients. Dr. Machala is pleasant, patient, competent, and quickly resolves problems. I've seen her working with families and was impressed. When I did not find a pair of frames which fit my wider bridge, she ordered different sizes for me to try. Another time she let me know when new frames would arrive, also, know when the sales person would be arriving so I could see a larger selection.
