Sarah DeBeradinis is amazing! Extremely knowledgable, a great listener, experienced, and very attuned to my needs. She is thorough and wants to make sure that she is addressing all of my issues. I couldn't ask for a better massage therapist. I highly recommend her!
Sarah is a very experienced, high-quality massage therapist. As a licensed massage therapist myself, I have been receiving regular body work for 15 years. At this point, I require a highly-skilled touch in order to fully fall into therapeutic relaxation. Sarah allowed me to achieve this - her work strikes the perfect balance between overall tension release and targeted work on problem areas. And her touch is exquisite!!
I have had lots of massages at various places and Sarah is by far the best I've ever had! I CrossFit 3-4x/week so like deep tissue massage and sometimes active release therapy and she is skilled at both. Her understanding of the human body is wonderful! She helps keep my body performing at its best.
I consider Sarah an important member of my "birthing team" after I learned I was pregnant with twins. I was fortunate enough to receive prenatal massages from her which helped alleviate the back, hip, and shoulder pains associated with a rapidly growing belly.
