I stopped getting my nails done with Saradet several years ago because she kept on changing my appointment time multiple times. She'd text two days ahead and ask if we can change - then again a day later, then maybe 2 more times after that. I really try to be accommodating because I know she is trying to accommodate her customers but it just got ridiculous. I don't remember if I told her (I think I did but it's been so long. What I asked for yours is what I got. Making me wait over an hour to do my nails then taking five dollars off not worth it.
The mani and pedi were terrible. A different person did my brows. They were great. I don't recommend getting a mani pedi from saradet. Now I need to go somewhere else to have have everything done over. Very disappointed and annoyed. ( also, I never. Give bad reviews but this was so bad.) I doubt I will ever return.
