Rude! Doesn't even deserve one star. Saw her years ago and she was very unfriendly during appointments. Finally when she became rude to my family doctor on a phone call I stopped going.
I will never go back to her. I was 20 when I was first diagnosed as a diabetic and I told her I thought I was a type 1 diabetic and she looked at me and said "If you was a type 1 you would be dead by now, you are a type 2." She treated me as if I was a type 2 diabetic and my A1C was 11 and I never had a reading under 235. I went to another doctor who told me I am a type 1 diabetic and I need an Insulin pump. I got my pump 4 years ago and my A1C is great and I have a healthy normal life. If I would have stayed with this docto... read more
The staff seems great to me... really not sure what everyone else is on about. Short wait, and yeah they listened so two thumbs up.
I wouldn’t even give her 1 star. She will randomly cancel your appointments and not call to notify you. If your appointment is at 9 in the morning, she doesn’t show up until 2-3 hours later. Her front desk receptionists are incredibly rude. If you have a patient and they have a preferred name, CALL THEM BY THAT NAME, and none of them do. They’re all really disrespectful and rude.
These comments tho. Do you not expect to have any kind of wait time when you see a doctor. This doctor along with her staff have been nothing but caring and pleasant to me. I couldn’t afford my insulin and the doctor PERSONALLY called me and figured out what I could do for that month. When do you get a personal call from a doctor people !!!?
